Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at esp8266. All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and other details — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances. esp8266 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. esp8266 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately by email at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from using the esp8266 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to others. This includes attempting to hack the system, exploiting software bugs, using unauthorised automation software, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
Esp8266 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice. All decisions to suspend or close an account are final. Any balance in an account suspended due to a breach of terms may not be returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the esp8266 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the user's own responsibility. esp8266 is not liable for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
Deposits made via e-wallets such as Boost or GrabPay are typically processed instantly. Internet banking transfers may take between one to three business days depending on your financial institution. esp8266 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the name on their registered bank account or e-wallet exactly matches the name used when registering their esp8266 account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement may be put on hold until identity verification is completed. esp8266 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from esp8266.
Esp8266 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, technical errors, or betting outcomes. Our liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the thirty days prior to the claim being made.

The esp8266 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. The presence of such links does not imply that esp8266 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
Esp8266 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
